世界银行下调2023年全球经济增长预期至1.7%******

　　中新社华盛顿1月10日电 (记者沙晗汀)世界银行当地时间10日公布最新一期《全球经济展望》报告，将2023年全球经济增长预期下调至1.7%，低于2022年6月预计的3%。

　　报告说，2023年1.7%的经济增长预期将是近30年来经济增速的第三低数据，仅高于发生全球衰退的2009年和2020年。

　　报告指出，受通胀高企、利率上升、投资减少以及俄乌冲突对经济活动扰乱等影响，全球经济增长正在急剧放缓。世行预计，2023年和2024年全球经济将分别增长1.7%和2.7%，较此前预期分别下调1.3和0.3个百分点。95%的发达经济体和近70%新兴市场和发展中经济体2023年经济增长都较此前预测有所下调。

　　世行预计，发达经济体2023年经济增长为0.5%，较此前预期下调1.7个百分点；新兴市场和发展中经济体2023年经济增长为3.4%，较此前预期下调0.8个百分点。其中，2023年，美国经济增长0.5%，欧元区为零增长，中国增长4.3%。

　　报告还预计，未来两年新兴市场和发展中经济体人均收入年均增长2.8%，比2010年至2019年的平均水平低一个百分点。在撒哈拉以南非洲地区，预计2023年至2024年人均收入年均增长率仅有1.2%，将可能导致贫困率出现上升而非下降。

　　The election once reached a stalemate due to intense partisan strife, inner-party struggle among the Republicans, uneven distribution of interests, and more.
